GPS Moving and Storage | Out of State: Long Distance Movers

Horrendous experience with GPS moving from San Diego to Florida. To be fair, the folks in the office are decent in the crew that loaded my belongings in San Diego were very pleasant. But as you can see in the photos, they do not take care to treat your belongings with respect. The driver and foreman in Florida, Zeevy, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He first tried to charge me a $530 fee for shuttle service (an 18 wheeler cannot fit on my property) that was already included im my contract. He then tried to charge me an “elevator fee” of $125, which was completely bogus. I told the folks in the SD office this guy was trying to swindle me, and they replied he was 3rd party and probably unaware of their policies. This is completely bogus, as he had the SD office of the phone speaking some Eastern European language, so he clearly knows these folks well. To top it off, they hit another resident’s vehicle with their van and left without saying anything! These people are unbelievably awful, avoid them.

Damaged TV which went from the truck straight to the dumpster. Also they underquoted and charged $1000 on the spot. There was no offer to do visual estimate prior to quoting. I would stay away from this company!

It was very stressful to arrange a move in only 2 weeks all the way to GA but you made it happen without any hiccups and I am eternally thankful.

My items were picked up on September 1st and they still have not left California (it is October 5th). I have been told for over two weeks the truck is on the way back to California. They will not meet the 21 day requirement. The measly $25 per day that they reimburse you does not make up for the lengthy delivery. At the current rate I will not receive my items until late October.

I was unsatisfied with our experience. If I could leave zero stars I would. Beware and definitely use a different company.
