Grade-A Moving and Auto Transport

Scammers. Do not sign anything. In the fine print is that you pay no matter what. The cc company will side with them because of what you sign. They did not deliver anything nor hold up their end but I still had to pay.

I never see a company this worst. These people are thief and still haven’t delivered my shipment, it’s been a whole week. Its a scam and do not trust these people. I wish i had done my research on them. You know how you looking for people and there’s a thousand of numbers calling you. These people should not be on business. They a sham and they do not care. If i could give 0 stars i would. They keep information from you.

First I would like to say i am a real customer and this review is legit….
I used quality moving experts in September for our move from NJ to Colorado. I was aware they were a broker which helped enormously as I didn’t have to coordinate. I called so many times and changed dates etc as our closing dates changed and they couldn’t be more accommodating.
When the movers came they walked thru and we had more items then were on the quote and we knew it as we had more stuff than we thought. We signed the paperwork and all was fine also, the guys there were great with keeping an inventory list and putting the tags on each box or item. My only minor issue is that we thought they would be taking our Adirondack chairs apart for moving and they did not and when received the screws were out I guess in transit so we had to put back together (just two of the four) and no claim needed. Any issues with broken dishes we took responsibility for as we packed them but it was minimal. It’s not always the movers fault.
I was stressing over delivery of our items because I didn’t want to be in our house without our belongings and everything showed up on time. The movers were very neat and careful with our home and worked their butts off as we had a house full and stairs and the Colorado altitude! We were so happy and pleased with this company that we are using them again to move my father from NJ to Colorado this month. If something changes I will update my review but I highly doubt it and have utmost confidence that all will be just great❣️
Not every company is perfect and not everything goes 100% smoothly in any service and again… take responsibility for yourself and just be proactive and pack your items well and make sure your inventory is correct… if not that is on you- not quality moving experts and that is the company I used and they have same name and website as they did in June when I first called them to book our move.

They were suppose to move my stuff, they did not come on time knowing that I was in a crunch for time and they were suppose to give me a refund it's been 5 months no refund was sent to my address. Despicable company and people.

I received terrible service. This is a broker company, not a reliable moving company. I recently moved from the midwest to the west coast. Their 'special discounted rates' are literally sales tactics. They misquoted me by over $1,500 and when I called to get an explanation, they said they would pull up my file and call me back. They didn’t. The movers that picked up my stuff: Cross Country Long Distance Movers based in New Jersey. They know you want all your belongings, so they jack up the price when they get there. Highly don't recommend them either. What I do recommend is putting AirTags in your belongings. They charged me for my delivery WHILE my things were STILL sitting in New Jersey. Finally got a refund and had to cancel the card I used just to be safe. Of course my stuff took over a month to get delivered and with damages. Filed a claim with a third party for the damages, but at time of pick up/signing, the dude crossed out the option where they would reimburse 100% of what was damaged… I was only offered $64. Not accepting that- what a joke. Please do not use broker companies for your moves!
