Grade-A Moving and Auto Transport

Worst experience ever. Took me two months receive my items. After calling 18 times to het a delivery date. Boxes open and crushed. Would not recommend this company.

First of all this company is the WORST!! Secondly I can guarantee they will respond this review saying I’m not an actual customer or I’m confusing them with someone else. I recently got out of the military and was moving back home. I was very hesitant to book with this company but after an hour and a half phone call with Brian I felt ok to go ahead and book it. Boy was that a mistake, My stuff was picked up September 28th and When the truck showed up they said I had two “over heavy” items and it would be an additional 250$ a piece to keep them in the move. I reluctantly agreed to pay it because I had no other way of getting those items moved. Then my items were off and on their way to the destination, they sat in a storage unit in Michigan for a few weeks (I only know this because I had an AirTag in one of my boxes and when confronted about it they said it wasn’t in Michigan at all). At this point I called at least once a day for 3 weeks straight with absolutely no update on anything! Everytime I would get the age old “our dispatcher is in the yard so we’ll have to call you back” not once did I get a call back from them. After WEEKS of getting absolutely no real updates I finally was able to talk to someone helpful. And even she wasn’t able to get me much information. Well after 38 calendar days of waiting my items finally arrived and let me tell you a lot of the stuff that was wrapped up in front of me was not wrapped up anymore. And atleast 2 of my brand new Ikea bins were damaged beyond being used again while many others were cracked. I HIGHLY recommend against this company as it was nothing but headaches and stress!! Brian lied to me and my mothers face on the phone and never returned a single phone call! I cannot stress how bad this company is!

This place is an absolute scam. Unless you want all your personal belongings to be “lost” forever, do NOT use this company!!

They suxk at communicating. I thought they were movers no they are just a 3rd party. Then they asked me when can I accept delivery I told them the 20th now that are saying it doesn’t go from point a to b it goes to storage then when the have availability they will deliver it but it could take up to 10-30 days. Now I am in a new state with no furniture sleeping on the floor with my 5 month old baby
