Review:

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. They tried to hide the fact that they are a broker to get me to sign then booked the most unprofessional movers who showed up late in a rented budget truck and were extremely rude besides. They refused to give me paperwork to sign stating final costs, intentionally kept switching languages hoping I wouldn’t understand, wanted to load my things then quote me a price, no one was available on their emergency contact when I needed help, couldn’t tell me an estimated delivery date, couldn’t tell me where my things would be stored in the meantime. Needless to say I didn’t let them take my items. They ruined my move and even though I’ve already paid over $600 as a “deposit” all they offered to refund me is $133 and they want me to sign a settlement document besides. This company is a joke. I would never recommend doing business with them. They deserve zero stars. Here are some things I was told:

“We have a truck already scheduled going that way with room because someone canceled last minute”

“Don’t answer phone calls from any other moving companies”

“Don’t go and look us up online”

“Another moving company is trying to ruin us and is posting the bad reviews”

“No we don’t know who your mover will be we are still scheduling it”

“What you’re paying is a deposit for the move, not a one time broker fee for arranging it”

“Let’s load everything on the truck then I’ll give you a price”

“I have no idea when a delivery date will be or where your things will be stored, someone will contact you”

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, do not book your move with these people. They pay for fake reviews and do not stand by their customers.

Run away from this sketchy company. They wanted to charge me over 40% of the deposit after I canceled my reservation the same day after they changed the price twice on me for adding some items I forgot to mention before. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company after they tried to make me sign a non disparagement agreement, meaning not to review them on social media in a negative way. They shouldn't be in business at all, and Google should investigate their ratings and reviews. Because all the recent 5 star reviews you see are not from actual customers. They're either from their employees or paid bots.

FAKE REVIEW SCAM ALERT!!! More than 14 reviews flooded in during the past three days. Sort by Newest to verify. Many of the reviews came from their own employees, such as Bell, Williams, and Hudson. I used their service and got scammed by them. A huge sum of monetary loss.

These con artists even lied when they respond to authentic reviews exposing them. They are playing the 'you are not our customer' 'somebody is sabotaging us' 'are you referring to another company whose name is similar to ours?' No, we are posting review in the right place and we were your customer, Quality Moving Experts/American Moving Experts/Trinity Moving & Storage! You are the same company run by the same people. They are taking advantage of the review systems where people who leave review oftentimes do not follow up. They are super manipulative and excessively gaslighting throughout the process. EVERYTHING they tell you over the phone is different than the contract you sign (hey, you spend your life doing a legit job while these people spend their entire life cheating, lying, and stealing, you think you can outplay these people? They know how to persuade you into their game, how to make excuses to eliminate your doubts, how to convince you to pay the deposit, and more importantly, how to make sure you cannot get your money back, they know how to fight disputes - I want you to know that those contracts are mainly their evidence/documents to win low-level disputes/arbitration. Why they can still exist is because no agency cares about their criminal behaviors. No agency want to do anything about these high criminals). Don't know who is the mastermind behind that taught and trained them all these dirty tricks. Veronica Bell, one reviewer as you can see, is one of their employees - do some social engineering to find out. Brooke Hudson, Sean Williams' reviews were taken down by themselves because their names are listed on BBB profiles - so obvious that these sick people drafted the fake reviews and then replied to themselves saying thank you. These people also used the money they scammed out of people to buy houses and luxurious travel trips while we suffered and sat on the ground crying. Unbelievably psychotic. America is absolutely failing because of these people. They should't be allowed to be at large, let alone doing any business. Florida is absolutely a sanctuary state for scammers. People there are crooked for a reason - you can also understand that scammers will migrate to Florida to evade prosecution by the State (Florida is loose on this so we cannot easily hold them accountable). 95% moving brokers are located in Florida and this is apparently a systemic failure. Nobody should ever need a moving broker. This is a redundant step only used by criminals to sidestep liabilities, so that you don't know who to blame, the shady broker, or the shady actual mover.
