Seth did a great job tuning my mother’s player piano. It was a little difficult working around the extra wiring and equipment for the player portion. The piano sounds great and my mother was happy with the results. Seth was friendly and hardworking and shared his knowledge with us answering the many questions asked by my mother.

The technician Neal is a great Hammond organ repairman, very knowledgeable. I’ve used, and will continue to use Grafton for all of my organ needs.

Excellent experience. I had just retired and wanted to start playing the piano again. The folks at Grafton could not have been more helpful and accommodating, spending over three hours with us, explaining the various options, and products. We also got a great price! Delivery was on time and perfect.
