The people that run this place are the nicest. I had to wait for a unit, but it didn't take too long. They stayed in touch with me. The unit was clean and they give you a free lock.

Review:
Tim and Jason are customer service rockstars and genuinely nice guys who give back to their communities in many ways. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the one time I found a small hole in the roof, it was repaired the same day. I've stored elsewhere, and had rodent evidence...but so far, NOT at Grand Central Storage. The pricing is very competitive and a great value.
