Perfect move. On time, great communication, and easy booking and invoice process.

I booked with Ernie @ Grand Moving back in August 2024 and paid $103 deposit. I'm in the process of buying a house and unfortunately there has been several delays for the closing. Ernie says I'm available 7 days a week text or call me anytime. So every time I knew there was a delay I texted Ernie and would send me the estimate with a revised date each evening. My last requested schedule date was for 9/6....I sent a text the day before on 9/5 @ 9:38am requesting a date change and he said would reschedule for 9/13 in the evening when he was home. Yes, I was less than a 24-48 hr notice window, my bad. The movers show up the next day......Ernie never rescheduled the move as requested. They took the $103 and then requested I reschedule and pay another $103. I responded and said that was just bad business. I work in the freight industry and we make our customers priority, we work with our customers and do not want to lose customers. After I stated I found another moving company to work with, the below response is what I got from the Agent. Very unprofessional. To wish me, as a customer that I'm treated unfairly by the next movers i choose and hopes my stuff gets broke is absolutely wrong! Not to mention threatening a lawsuit for leaving a bad review. Anybody can leave a review for any type of service or product they wish. This was my personal experience. I didn't get to rate the move experience but it all starts with the customer / business aspect. I would never recommend.
