Grateful Movers LLC

So a very good friend of mine has been trying to get a pool table moved and has had a company pretty much leading him on and then not returning calls to him. This has been going on for a couple of months. We recently accepted an offer on our house, and we are going to stay (temporarily) in his house. We went over there last week to check things out and he asked me who was moving our things, and I told him Grateful Movers, at which point he said that’s who was supposed to move his pool table. I told him I would give them the benefit of the doubt because they actually have good reviews. Fast forward to today. They were supposed to be here at 4:30 to look at what we have, and give us a quote. Shocker, NO SHOW, NO CALL. I wouldn’t recommend this company to someone I didn’t like. Apparently, the only thing they’re “grateful” for is that they don’t have to honor their commitments. I would give them less than 1 star if it was an option.

Great job and very much appreciated. I truly am 'grateful' for all their hard work, diligence and tenacity. It helped to make the stressful moving process easier. They seem very dedicated.
