Green Acres Storage

Thank you, green acres for making my life that much worse. It was my responsibility to make sure it was paid. I like my previous rating.The prices are insane. And of course, they only went up just recently for everyone to know. You store things in a storage unit. Thinking they'll be safe biggest mistake I ever made. I had a lot going on in my life security. I took in Green Acres.
Was just another bad thing to come in my life? I put my life in that unit, and you guys decided to sell it. You wanna say you worked with me? You didn't, I put it everything I could into keeping that storage unit, you know that all of you. You knew I had a lot of things going on in my life that were challenging, making it nearly impossible to follow through with your insanely high payments. You could have worked with me more, especially after making that last four hundred dollar payment. You guys want to come off like you care. Oh, you're helping. Well, you're doing this for that. You did nothing. That's not how I feel. That's the simple truth you can justify that, however you want, but you know what you did you know what you do? And a lot of people would agree. The restored unit is a disguised trap made to look like it's safe. When really? If something goes wrong in your life, and you can't afford To keep up then they don't care. They will leave you behind in the dirt and take everything you own and sell it to some other person who has nothing to do with it. Who don't care about your loved ones? Possessions, it pictures anything sentimental whatsoever to you that is priceless. I'm sure you know what the word priceless means. Means there is no dollar amount, including your monthly outrageous fees that could possibly be enough. To replace any of your priceless, sentimental belongings to just take somebody's entire life and sell it off to somebody. Obviously be illegal. I don't care what paperwork. People are desperately signing because they're trying to find a safe place for their stuff, and they're just doing what they have to do to make sure it happens. They go to your trusted name, Green Acres. Biggest mistake I ever made. I was being manipulated, lie to
Cheated basically out of my own stuff. I don't care what you wanna call it. I'm sitting here without all of my belongings that I stuck a lot of money into keeping interested green acres, to keep safe for me. So I signed agreed with whatever
But I will never make that mistake again. Not that it matters now because everything I had held dear, and that was sentimental, and that was left from dead relatives and things that you cannot replace no matter what things. Now that I only live on in my brain, my memory You guys took insold at an auction to some random stranger who had nothing to do with any of those items in that storage unit items that I made myself items that I bought myself items that I kept for my family and dead relatives and friends so that I would have it safe. You sold to some stranger who's going to trash half of it because they don't know what it is and they don't have the same investment that I did into it. It's disgusting that you get away with this s***. In 1 day, there will be consequences, legal consequences for what you do when you want to take somebody's belongings and because they're going through some hard times and they're struggling and you can't seem to go out of your way to understand because you have your own perspective of how life should be. Get real dude stuff happens. People struggle, you're only out there to make it that much more hell for them, because that's what they need. Anybody who happened to read this review? Do not trust Green Acres with your belongings. Especially if they are sentimental. Or any more valuable than the dollar amount? They are in the store because their prices are only continuing to go up. They may say they work with you or worked with me, but they did not, and they do not. They just obtained my life and auctioned it off some stranger and check my hard work. And all the money I invested into it away from me. sold it. For themselves

Amazing experience! Staff at Dubuque/Penske were incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

After a two day drive to relocate to Dubuque, we were welcomed by John and his team at Green Acres storage.
Not only were they incredibly nice, they were also very helpful. John went so far to jump my wife's truck and top off multiple fluids that were running low after our drive.
This is a beautiful facility with many helping hands. Relocating is difficult, but John and his team made this part very easy.
