The owners and staff of Green Valley Auctions are the most informed, kind, and helpful people within their profession! As a customer of their online auctions, when I have managed to bid successfully, the staff helps out this 85 year old to find, pick up his items, and then carry them to his car. I really can't say enough about their kindness and helpfulness. In this world where 'average' is considered the norm; Green Valley manages to always excel in customer satisfaction and is tops in my book. I look forward to doing business with them in 2023!!!

Please read this if you are planning on hiring this company to handle your special auction especially off site and essentially if you allow them to disperse said estate property from a location like the off site location in Lewisburg for the 'Boggs' estate, first the pickup times should have at a minimum been two days with the huge amount of pieces folks bought and the many locations they were located throughout this
home, then there was the issue allowing patrons to retrieve thier lots we actually had an item we bought taken by someone who did not purchase said lot, unfortunately this hits the bottom line for the family of the estate and the patron who has to hassle with having a refund made and misses out on this items patina, and of course there is the huge liability that is brought into perspective for the family and the auction company if a patron is injured on property while attempting to get their items, and then the issue of this companies lack of helping the patron and rushing them off property when the patron is doing the work carrying items and loading them, ultimately their lack of a headline and description for items 480 through 695 probably lost a huge amount of money that could have been made with this simple action personally I aquired several lots that would have brought alot more with this simple action so folks be careful and watchful of companies that conduct business like this.
