G's T's Uhaul/Fresh Start Movers

I booked Fresh Start in Rogers on the u-haul website to unload a 15 foot u-haul. They did a fantastic job. Would 100% use them again. They only had a small dolly and some furniture straps. I do feel if they had some better equipment they would have finished sooner and been easier on there bodies. In the end they were done before the two hour minimum.

I used Fresh Start Movers to unload my 15' Uhaul when I arrived to Northwest Arkansas and I was very impressed with the professionalism and how quickly they unloaded the truck. They took pictures along the way to show progress and even helped fold all of the moving blankets when complete. I would recommend Fresh Start Movers to anyone that needs help unloading/loading a moving truck.

The level of customer service of everyone involved, from the owners to the movers is, bar none, the finest we have ever experienced with a moving company. Communication 10/10. Showing up on time 11/10. Careful moving fragile things 10/10. Quick work made of a jumbled mess of a moving truck 10/10. Ironically, these folks were the fifth business we contacted to see about helping us unload our truck on a Sunday and with relatively short notice and they were the only ones that could help us. If you're reading this, literally just stop calling anyone else. No other business can beat their prices or their customer service. Josh and Hunter were fantastic and even helped sweep out the inside of our moving truck. Don't hesitate to use these folks.

I hired Fresh Start to move gun safes from my parents’ house to a moving truck. The crew did a great job. They arrived on time (it was a Sunday) and handled both safes carefully and efficiently. The safes were very heavy and the path to the truck a little awkward, but they did it and left no marks on the items. The four guys were very courteous, professional, and agreeable.
Also, the front desk was very responsive and helpful when discussing details of the reservation. Would hire this company again - highly recommended!

Hire these folks!!! Front office is responsive and price was good. Even more, we had a crew of three hired for one hour to move an antique stand-up piano and whatever else (also antiques!) there was time for… out of our 120 year old house with a cracked floor board in the threshold. These three didn’t blink. They listened well, moved with tremendous care, and - somehow - navigated everything so efficiently they helped us get far more furniture in the truck than we’d expected. Floor board unchanged, all antiques secured without incident.

What was extra amazing is what a tremendous leader/exemplar the team lead - Hunter - was. He modeled courtesy, hard work, and excellent service to the younger crew members/summer hires: Gene and Logan. All INCREDIBLY nice, spectacularly hardworking young people. We wish we could take them 2000 miles to help us unload!!
