I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring GTFO Moving Company to assist with my relocation, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company have left me feeling frustrated and deeply dissatisfied with their services.

First and foremost, GTFo Moving Company failed to move all of my furniture to my new residence. Several important items, including boxes, my chest, were left behind without any explanation or communication. This careless oversight has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss as I now have to spend additional time and money replacing these essential pieces.

Furthermore, the assembly of my bed was handled in an incredibly sloppy manner. The movers lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail required for such a task. As a result, the bed frame was improperly assembled, causing it to be unstable and unsafe to use. It is absolutely unacceptable that a professional moving company would deliver such shoddy workmanship and leave a customer with a potentially hazardous sleeping arrangement.

To compound the matter, when I attempted to contact GTFO Moving Company to address these issues, they consistently failed to return my calls or respond to my text. This lack of communication demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and an unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. I was left feeling ignored, frustrated, and without any recourse to resolve the problems they had caused.

Their incompetence, negligent behavior, and poor customer service have left me with a deeply unpleasant moving experience. We hired GTFO for a local move. They arrived on time the day of the move and quickly loaded up everything very carefully. The movers were courteous and professional. We are very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them.

Extremely professional! From the first call and estimate to actual movers we couldn’t have picked a better company! They have moved us twice! The crew was respectful, polite and friendly. We would like them to know we are extremely happy from start to finish!
