DoD needs to revoke contracts to this company. They don’t follow their own standards. Their note says customer will be provided an AM or PM time frame, none was provided. Staff has no information an does not follow up. Staff pushes customers to ‘quality control’ who falsely poses as DoD representative. Finally items were damaged by ‘Direct Movers’ the company this company subcontracts out. One example attached. Unsatisfactory any way you add this up.

Guardian managed our move and did a great job. We were assigned a team from St James and they were great! Efforts from both teams had made this the best moving experience yet.

Fantastic crew; professional, speedy, friendly, and efficient. A+ for communication! Would recommend this company. One of the better ones that I have had. Excellent Job.
