My company contracted this vendor to move me across state lines. They damaged my couch and then blatantly lied about how the damages occurred.

As soon as I saw the cut, I immediately notified Tom Whittle. He explained that the sofa was unwrapped at the facility and that they used a box cutter and that’s how he believed the cut occurred. He stated it was then resealed for transport to my home. He also asked me about stains on the couch. I stated that those had already been there. I'm an honest person.

Then he lied to corporate and said I cut the couch myself! It was really SICK!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would .
