I would give them 0 starts if it was possible. No Show! We scheduled a boat shuttle 7 hours before our concert. They called an hour after they were supposed to pick us up and canceled. They did not try and provide any other type of transportation to our concert and wouldn't answer the phone. We (20 people) were left high and dry standing on the dock where we were supposed to meet and couldn't find a ride to the concert. Their professional curtesy and communication was terrible, don't count on them.

Truly awful company and with terrible customer service. Scheduled a ride through their website AND called to confirm and they no called no showed for our ride to the airport. Highly recommend using any other company, I’ve since heard Bonner is way more reliable.

Confirmed my pick up and then never showed up. Called to ask what was going on and it rang until voice-mail, called back and they shut the phone off.

Scheduled a ride via phone the day before, the time comes, no show, wouldn’t respond to texts or phone calls. Got stranded at our hotel for 3 hours trying to fly out of Sandpoint until the local taxi company opened up. Didn’t even receive a response to our texts or an explanation later in the day. People in town say this is a regular thing for this guy. Find other transportation options.

Guardian Transport did an outstanding job at transporting our Jeep to Florida. It’s a great team to work with. PK is knowledgeable and great to work with and Andrea kept us up to date on the transport. Delivery was easy and we appreciated Michael Stanciu communications and excellent delivery of our Jeep. Thank you Guardian. We will definitely will use them again.
