Guardian Transportation Services LLC

This is the first poor review I have ever written, but my husband and I thought it was necessary given the circumstances. We booked transportation with GTS in advance for our wedding night and received email confirmation of the ride, as well as had questions answered about our scheduled transportation in advance. After 10 minutes past the pickup time on our wedding night, I gave GTS a call to see where our driver (Jeannie) was and the owner told us he did not know but he would call her to find out. Another 20 minutes passed and I had not heard back, so I called again and he told us that he couldn't get ahold of her - that was it, no apologies or alternative solutions were offered, and there was no urgency on his end to inform us a ride would not be coming on our wedding night. We understand that Jeannie not answering was out of his control, but his lack of communication to inform us we would not have a ride after he couldn't get ahold of her was unacceptable as we were left stranded at our wedding venue. We had to call for another ride and didn't leave our wedding venue until 45 minutes after the originally scheduled time. If we had received better communication from the owner we would have been more understanding and been able to arrange for another ride sooner.

We have used Guardian many times over the past 3 years. They are professional, timely and fairly priced. I highly recommend Damian and his team. Thank you for your services!

Very flexible and great guy

My wife slid off the road on Gray road a month or so ago. Guardian Transportation happened to drive by and pulled her out. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful. He did it for nothing! You cannot beat service like that
