The boys who came to unload our uhaul in Bloomington 6/3/2024 had no experience at all in moving appliances when the girl who scheduled our appointment said they did. They took WAY to much additional time on learning how to use an appliance dolly and how to get an appliance in the door. Stove, fridge, washer, dryer. No clue , no clue at all. They spent at LEAST a half hour piddling with it or more wasting moving time and COSTING ME . They charged me the full amount of time they were there. I even called the customer service during the move and complained and they said they didn't move non-students while the girl who made the appt specifically said they did. I got overcharged because of THEIR mistake. I feel like I have been stolen from. Advised - Steer clear of Guys and Dollies, Dont use them , call up Big Ox movers in Bloomington instead.
