These drivers are nuts! They fly around old Saybrook almost hitting other drivers and pedestrians. Feel bad for anyone’s property in these trucks.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Latham made my relocation an absolute breeze. The service was was above an beyond what most 'professional' moving companies could pull off. The relocation was quite complex with multiple stops plus storage. The team was extremely careful with all items that were being moved. They were prepared and ready to work. The office administrator clearly communicated what needed to be done. There were no hidden fees or surprises and as a business professional this is truly appreciated. Exceptional service through and through. If you are moving within CT I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Latham!

This is my second experience with Latham and I cannot say enough about how efficient, pleasant, professional, and fairly priced they were. The first time I asked if they would move a piano for me from NJ to CT and they obliged by adding it to a truck that was coming north. This time they moved everything in the house to another house--quicker than I could believe!--carefully and efficiently. Thank you Latham. I would recommend with NO reservations.

I hadn’t planned to write a review until I received a one line response to my email I sent them.

We used Latham to move me from my house to a storage unit and then from the unit and my fiancé’s condo to our new home. The first one was perfect. The second one not so much.

The truck sent was definitely too small. Despite that we had loved probably 10 SUVs worth of stuff ourselves and packed two cars full on moving day, a fair amount was left behind that required three more car loads to get our - table, dehumidifier, lamps, a TV. We had to be out by 10am the next day, so not easy.

My daughter’s bed was also put together wrong and caused her to fall through her first night there. I would have been happy to help if asked but didn’t know there was an issue. Luckily only a couple of bruises but it scared her for sure.

Would I use them again? Not sure. It was an A on one job and a C on the other at best.
