Used them recently and they were such a great help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move. Guys came on time and were professional throughout the process. Booking and receiving an estimate was smooth and affordable. Great service, will use again if I need in the future.

HF Moving recently picked up some of our furniture for a charitable donation. The items were very heavy and bulky, but we're no problem for Jaden, Kai, and Nate. These three young men were AWESOME! They were very courteous, professional, and extremely careful in getting the items out of our house and loaded onto their truck. THANK YOU, Jaden, Kai, and Nate!!!

The moving team was extremely professional, timely, and efficient. This was my first time using movers and I’ll use them every time after this experience!

My appointment was for 10 am. They showed up @ 10:30 am. I only had seven items that needed to be moved from Covington to Atlanta. One of those items was a $2000 dresser, which they almost dropped from the truck. Luckily I was standing close by and was able to catch enough of it so that it didn't drop. For some reason they did not use the lift of the truck, which was extremely dirty on the inside. Instead they decided to LIFT the dresser from the driveway onto the truck.

It took 23 minutes to load my stuff. I gave them $200 in cash as a deposit, along with specific directions as to how to get to the apartment > 20W, Hill Street exit, turn right, then make a...Once I gave the directions, I asked the driver are we good? He said yes, 'All good.'

I left @ 10:53 am and made it to the destination by 11:30. It took me 37 minutes, as there was no traffic on the freeway. I called @ 11:38 and asked where were they? He said they were still 30 minutes out. 'Why,' I asked. He said that his GPS took him the 'back way,' and that he still wasn't even on the freeway.

I called again @ 11:56 and asked where was he now. He said that he was five minutes out, which did turn out to be true.

Once they arrive, they had this brilliant idea to use the lift and were able to get four of items down safely and effectively. To help speed things along, I chipped in by getting items from the truck into the apartment. I'm not one to stand by and do nothing.

The balance due on the move was $95, and I paid the driver $140 in cash. A $45 tip for something that they did not deserve, but I'm in the service industry and I'm not one to not tip, but the tip would've been more had everything gone as expected.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE for your moving needs. They will show up late, with a dirty truck, which they don't know how to operate and they will get lost along the way to your final destination.

On May 20, 2024, I was having lunch at Ponce City Market when I received a phone call from a number that I did not know. So I answered it, and much to my surprise it was a lady from H-F Moving & Cleaning.

They were calling to verify how my move went. I stated that it went exactly as stated in the review, but since she called, I quickly went through it all again.

She then stated that arriving late does happen now and then, and before she went further 'down that road,' I politely stated that I am aware of that, and if that was the only thing, then I would've easily let that slide. I would've written a good review and I would've tipped more, but that wasn't the only thing. There were multiple things; hence the review.

She apologized for the actions of her crew, which, according to her, were very out of character, because that was her best team. I replied, 'Not with me they weren't.'

She then offered me to come and pick up any items that needed to be taken to the dump or to a local charity. I said that I don't have any. She then offered me 10% off of my next move. I said, I just moved and I don't plan on doing so for quite a while.

I appreciated the phone call, but it resulted in nothing, and if that was her 'best team,' then her business is in serious trouble.

In response to her response,...

'...lost balance and that was unfortunate.' They lost balance because they tried to lift a 200 pound dresser onto the truck, in the rain, without using the lift of the truck.

'...there wasn't any damage to your furniture or property.' The only reason that the dresser didn't fall onto the concrete was because I was there to catch it.

'...they were uncomfortable during the entire move.' Of course she is going to try to shift the blame to the customer.

'...about the gps issue.' You don't need GPS to know that to get from Covington to Atlanta, you simply go West on 1-20.

'...sending you CashApp for $100.' I never asked for that.

HF Moving & Cleaning lies. They show up late. They take short cuts. They don't know how to use GPS and they shame their customers when they post a negative review.

Spend your money somewhere else.
