Raul and his team were great. The move went smoothly and without issue. They were on time, professional and really hard working.
Everything was great with our 2nd move in 14 months. Our family used Hall Lane 4 times in the last 3 years. Company is honest and dependable.
Efficient, careful, pleasant to work with. Ive only mived a few times, and Hall Lane is equal to all the movers I’ve ussd in the past. Well done!!!
All I can say is, Wow. Just wow. What an awful experience. If I could give Hall Lane zero stars I would. We had a move across country and from the beginning things didn't go well. The packers (who we later learned are outsourced by Hall Lane) showed up late (like mid to late morning) each day. They were on their phones a lot and the packing took days. Yes, we did have a lot to pack, but it would have taken a lot less time if the packers would have shown up on time and spent more time working rather than texting.
Truck showed up after packing was finally done. That seemed to go ok. We drove our cars across country and met the moving van at our storage units (we were going to build a house and needed to store our household items). When the van arrived we noticed that so many of the boxes and bins were damaged.
Household items were unloaded into storage, which sat untouched until ready for moving into the newly built house. We hired local movers to move all of the items out of storage and I am pretty damned pissed at how much stuff is damaged. The local movers were the first ones to point out all of the damage before they moved an item. Broken glass on antique cabinets, scratched up coffee tables, torn leather chairs, antique sofa with slashed fabric and broken off legs, etc. The list goes on and on. It's bad. I mean really bad. I am going to have to have the sofa recovered, glass replaced, and so much more to repair.
Oh and the company had the nerve to charge us more for the packers because they said that they used more materials and took more time. What???? Crazy. And the move cost me over 60k.
Here are just a few photos of the damaged items. There are lots more that I could add, which I may do as I go along.
As one can see Hall Lane takes no responsibility for their terrible service and instead points the finger back at the customer. No surprise really.
All I can say is this, if you are a potential customer and decide to hire this company then good luck to you. Seriously, you're going to need it!!!
