Hallmark Moving

I don't even know where to begin. From underquoting us by 50%, to changing times on us constantly and usually at the last minute, not returning calls, and now that we're unpacking, finding out that most of our stuff is damaged, our experience with this company was a nightmare. $6000 to have our belongings ruined. Please save yourself the money and headache and never use this company.

Horrific. They are a broker. They lied on the phone and said they own 4 moving companies and the move would be done by one of them. Instead, they brokered it to Smart Van Lines. At that point, Arctic washes its hands and you are lucky to get a hold of anyone again. Just absolutely brutal company. They don't care. You can't get a hold of anyone to save your life and when you do, they simply ask the courier for status. Think of it as a broker that just transfers you to any moving company - and in this instance - an awful one. They do not support you. Just be prepared.

We had two long days of moving and Arctic Van Lines was spot on in getting us without even the slightest mishap. Highly recommend then if you are looking for a quality moving experience.
