This company is great! All the people I dealt with in customer service and the actual men moving me were extremely polite, helpful and professional. Great job!

Easy to work with and they had good communication. Nothing was damaged so that was great.

I strongly do not recommend Arctic. I chose Arctic because Dylan was friendly and offered me a good rate because he had a military customer going the same direction as me. Dylan wrote into the contract that their in-house moving company would do the work and it would not be brokered out to a 3rd party. The day before I moved I got an email notifying me that the move was brokered to a moving company 1.8 star reviews on google. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the main office and with Dylan. Dylan was nowhere to be found. I finally got in contact with the main office after calling repeatedly for 6 hours. CJ at the main office told me there was nothing I could do other than cancel the contract. He agreed they lied to me and said that Dylan does this regularly.
When the movers arrived, they charged me $1,000 for the exact same items that were on the inventory list. Again, I called Arctic and they told me my only option was to cancel the whole contract.
When the movers went to deliver the items, they charged me an additional $300 because they said they couldn’t come in an 18-wheeler even though our apartment company allows it. They delivered only half our couch and butchered the half that they did deliver.
Arctic promised me a $300 refund for all my troubles if I signed a release of liability. I signed this and they refused to answer the phone, email or pay.

Well told they'd be moving us got another company to move us who didn't even know artics name wanted to charge us another 9,000$ was told 2 trucks coming only one showed guy said had 5 helpers only 3 and when called company was rude when we finally got them to call back and was told what you want us to do I said exactly what was told to us on phone and was told I wasn't a part of that conversation really that's what recorded lines are for...I'd give a 0 if I could and still reaching out with no response to us...
