I have been dealing wth this facility for over 10 years. The quality of the units have always been very clean and secure. The facility has recently been redone. The manager Shannon Gongora is always friendly and extremely helpfull. She is always willing to go the extra mile for us. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Review:
They just raised the rates by 23% on the Hammond facility and the storage for cars and large vehicles is now locked from the renters except during office hours. That means that I cannot access my vehicle unless the office is open. They have a mini-dump on site which used to be available for renters to use when you clean your unit. It is now locked and is only for staff. There have been many changes with the new owners and they are all bad for the renters.
