A nice well oiled business! The staff at the desk provide friendly helpful service in the most expeditious way. The Storage business is highly competitive market and they provide state of the art secure storage at a reasonable price.

Nice people, however, make sure you read the fine print. Had moves between units without a hitch. When we finally got moved out on July 31 and notified on Aug 4 & 5, still auto payed on Aug 1. They have no way of refunding so we lost on one months rent that we were not there. Unfortunate!

Nice storage unit, but I just rented from them for the first time today, and they failed to mention major construction going on right outside my unit - resulted in me having to carry a bunch of stuff quite a distance vs. being able to drive up. Pretty dissapointed no one said anything - especially when I'm paying over $300/mo...
