Hampton Roads Moving & Storage

Was sold insurance on moving and storage telling me all items were covered by insurance. Don’t believe what they tell you. I packed my own box of an antique Fenton lamp making sure to bubble wrap Ang secure in box and label fragile. They had my items 2 years in storage and this is the only item broken and they denied the claim due to me packing it. I pack it better than any of their laborers would have as I have worked in insurance and restoration for over 20 years. I have attached photos of packing and resulting damage due to their negligence

We move every 2-3 years for work and Hampton Roads Moving is the BEST we've ever had!!! The Packers and movers were all SO polite, professional, and efficient. Took extra care to protect our corners and flooring. Took their time when needed to protect our home effects. Top notch service.

Hampton Roads Moving and Storage just completed a move for me from NC to Norfolk VA. This move was by far the most professional move I’ve experienced. Robin in the office and the staff helped me reschedule pick up and delivery, which I know isn’t easy. TJ and his crew handled all my furniture and belongings with care.
