Excellent customer service all around. Robin made me feel at ease about my big move and went above and beyond to explain the entire process. The 2 movers were respectful and stellar (especially Junior). He made sure that everything was packed, loaded, delivered in the same condition as it was given. I would absolutely recommend and hire this company again.

I would give zero stars if I could. We were assigned this company by the military and it was the worst experience ever. Communication was awful, and the first employee doing the inventory did it so poorly with the worst attitude that the packers said it was the worst they’d seen in 30 years. A LOT of our items were not inventoried. The loaders simply wanted to load and leave. We got in verbal altercations with this company each step of the way. They did not handle our items with care. The packers also left so many items out that should’ve been safely boxed (like home decor), which was literally thrown on the truck. I had to add two pages of inventory items on load day, which are certainly going to be “lost” or mangled on the truck. They even put my toddlers twin mattress on the truck without a plastic cover even. They mangled our king size sleep number into a tiny box and had to shrink wrap it to prevent it from exploding. Some of our expensive Rogue gym equipment was not inventoried and I had to work tirelessly on load day to get it accounted for as if I worked for the company. At the end of the day I noticed our coat closet full of items. The packers didn’t even box it. It got thrown into the truck in a trash bag because it’s all I had. Quality Assurance from the company had to come and was helping to properly package all the misc. items. Didn’t even stay to ensure everything was good to be loaded. By the end of the day I had no supplies to pack everything else I found. Quality assurance from our base also came and did reporting. Run from this company. Or beg for a reassignment if you’re military. We will be filing claims for every last missing or damaged item. *Some* of the dozens of pictures and videos I have.

July Update: the pack job was the worst we’ve ever seen now that we’re in our new house. Damaged items due to not boxing. But the college girl boxing our upstairs made sure to put our laundry room trash in our master bedroom “clothing” box, dirty diaper included. None of the boxes were labeled right which is making it hard to find anything. Just about everything says clothing that has zero clothing in it.

We haven’t unpacked our stuff yet so that’s the reason for the 4/5 stars. We just don’t actually know if they were packed thoroughly to prevent breakage. Kathleen was wonderful from what we can tell. She was polite, thorough, thoughtful and hardworking. She had to pack our house alone and she worked hard, didn’t complain a lot and organized when she was done. She double checked with us on certain things about whether we wanted them packed and seemed to genuinely care. Give Kathleen a raise, a bonus or
ProMotion!
