I would rate a zero. I got quote from Guaranteed Van Lines for $1600 for 2 couches, up to 20 bins, a 40 gal aquarium, 15 pictures, and 1 stand up dresser. At pick up the 2 couches were at limit alone? Where’s the quote I was given for rest? Now I’m paying or being forced to pay double or triple the amount and could move nowhere near what I was quoted. Then charging $220/mo to just store 2 couches and a dresser???

What a SCAM! I have no idea what this 'organization' is but it is NOT a business that has any interest at all in the happiness of their customer. RUN from this company. I'm writing this in January of 2025 and surely they will be out of business soon, as they deserve to not exist and no longer torture people like I experienced. I have never in my 65 years had a worst experience with any legitimate company.

I needed moved from Cincinnati to Ocala, Fl and lucky me they had a truck moving from Orlando to Cincinnati just in time and I could 'save some money'.

here's the bottom lines:
charged me 35% over the original quote despite having the exact details of the move in advance.

picked up my goods a full week after the promised date

had to sign a new 'contract' since I was now dealing with a subcontractor, they needed more money at pickup but could not take a credit card (imagine that, even the cash app was 'broken'.

when I inquired as to a deliver day/time my calls went unanswered. When I continued to dial in they would pick up, then put me on hold realizing it was me.

My furniture was delivered to Florida more than 6 WEEKS after they picked it up! Upon delivery, they refused to open the truck until the full balance was paid, again can't use a CC.

on delivery a lamp was missing, another lamp was broken and a desk had the corner destroyed. Virtually every box was crushed at least partially, I can only imagine how many times this stuff was shuttled from truck to warehouse to truck.

Would give 0. Broken things, lost furniture, late delivery. Moved from iowa to flordia. They picked up and then instead of going right to flordia stopped in Kansas city unloaded it in warehouse, then loaded it back up to come to flordia 2 weeks later. Then trying to collect on their insurance, forget it. Want receipts from 30 years ago. Never, never, get them.

This company is a scam. They quote one price then charge you thousands of dollars more…..Do not hire them!!!!!!!

I would give ZERO if it was an option! Absolutely terrible experience. I didn’t hire this company but hired another and this is the company that showed up to pickup my items for my PCS from Alabama to Kansas. The truck was not labeled other than a piece of paper duct taped to the door of the truck saying their name. The movers arrived late and were not professional. One of the movers was smoking cigarettes at the back of the truck with my items on it so now my furniture smells like cigarettes. The broke bookshelf and dressers. Boxes were smashed, punctured and some even OPEN. I have missing boxes. Missing hardware. Missing pieces to furniture. Was a complete disaster. When my items weren’t delivered in the time frame they originally stated at pickup I called and the customer service was VERY rude and would not get me any information on where my items were or when they would be delivered. Come to find out they off loaded my items into storage and then brokered my delivery out to ANOTHER service. No wonder things are missing and broken. Complete scam of a service and not even BBB accredited. No surprise there though. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
