DO NOT BOOK!!!! This company is the absolute worst and a scam. If you are booking your move please book with a Reputable Company.

Horrible. Absolute nightmare. Took so long. There was so many delivery date and never met. Nobody to give you an honest answer. Look for other moving company.

We have hired them twice, and both times they were amazing! Super prepared and professional. We were highly impressed both times, and will continue to think of them first when hiring movers.

DO NOT USE! I used Lincoln Logistics LLC to find a mover (also, don't use them!) and they chose this company. They broke two boxes while packing up my things. Also, Lincoln told me I'd be reimbursed for any remaining room in the truck but this company still charged me full price for 710cubic ft, but the mover made a point to show me how much room I had left over? Lincoln promised me delivery by June 1. It is now June 5 and I have yet to hear from this company. It's very much 'hurry up and pay us' (and you can only pay via zelle, cash app, etc. not with a credit card which is wild!) I have called an emailed and NOTHING from them. Lincoln advised me today that my things will be 'loaded' Monday the 10th with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days after that. This company has had my things since the 25th of May. I don't understand why it's taking so long for them to deliver my things??? And the lack of communication on their end unless, of course, they want my money and then they are VERY chatty. I can only imagine what else is in store for me as I await my things to be delivered.
Update: i did not receive my things until July 21st! 48 days/33 business days later!! Most of it was broken and much of it was missing. I also received a box of someone else's things! Now to file a claim...which I'm sure will be as much of a nightmare as the rest of this process has been!

This was the absolute worst experience. They are unprofessional, do not answer the phone or call you back, keep adding more and more charges.

I was initially quoted $4000 for a move to FL and now the job is over $10,000. They even loaded the truck and called to tell me they would be at my home the next day, after I clearly told them I could receive it for another 5 days. Now they are charging me an additional $700 fee for redelivery when it was their fault. Then when I get a call, he says ' it isn't on the notes'.

DO NOT USE THEM! So many other services that actually care about their clients. I'm looking for a lawyer now.

Finally time to deliver and they lost (stole) a third of my stuff. Boxes were crushed. When I called nothing. Called for weeks. After no response, the attorney said to claim the insurance and take my losses. 70cents a lbs. list thousands of dollars and was only getting $250. Never got the money.

SCAM!!!!!
