Handle With Care Packaging Store

The website states a 9:30am opening but arrived at 9:45am and not open. My husband dropped my package and he said he felt like he just smoked a pack of cigarettes without stopping. Effingham needs a UPS Store offering smoke free environment with and full services. I would go

If you don’t handle cigarette smoke well DON’T GO IN THIS STORE. it took me hours to get over the effect it had on my lungs.

When you drive up you can't tell if they're open or not. No hours posted and they told me that they weren't interested in posting their hours. They dont open until after most other businesses open so that always throws me. But I did see hours listed online. They ship the packages, and I guess that's all that counts, which is good cause it's like walking into a dirty garage.
