Handle With Care Packaging Store

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKS THERE IS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I dropped off a package for a loan closing to be overnighted. He 'assured' me that the package would be mailed 'overnight priority' for next day delivery. The package never arrived at the destination. I went back to the location to inquire about the package. The gentleman gave me the number to FedEx. I called FedEx and FedEx informed me that the package was never picked up at the location. I went back to the location and the gentleman was extremely rude when I told him that the package was never picked up. He angrily asked me to come to where the packages were located and said 'see, I told you that your package was not here. He said 'These are all of the FedEx 'ground' deliveries.' I am no expert but I told him that I did not think the package was going FedEx ground, because the package had to be across the country for a noon delivery the next day.. He angrily went to another location in the store where 'overnight priority' packages were located. There were at least 20 packages in the bin. My package was in that bin. The gentleman did not apologize and simply said the FedEx guy did not pick it up.
I would suggest to NEVER use this package delivery store. Go to an actual FedEx, UPS Store, etc. for shipping.

Left a a very important package for DHL. It stayed at the store for three days. Went back to store noted my package lying there in office and the staff was blaming DHL . Super disappointed

Don’t waste ur time at this place

Sent electronics back to my old company and was anticipating for this to be complicated since I didn’t have any boxes or materials to ship something so fragile. They did everything for me and the girls at the front were super sweet! I was pretty impressed!

Absolutely painful experience. Slow doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. Then he argued with me about the address with which I need to use to send the package. Pretty sure I know the address. Never again

Absolutely the most painful experience I've ever had. Slow doesn't even explain it! Waited in a two person line for over an hour, then the counter man got angry with us trying to rent a p.o. box!! Help is hard to find, but bad help is not worth it! The line was going out the door when we finally walked out. Painful ridiculous.
