Review:
Slow! And expensive. All I wanted to know is how much it would cost to ship a pkg. Took 10 minutes! Then it was about 10 % higher cost than the real FedEx store. The guy working there needs to retire (no offense, just truth).

Review:
Fees for ups here are consistently higher than buying from the ups website. I've had a few packages now that have caused me to lose money from an ebay sale when I would have made a profit if ai haf purchased the label directly from ups. I will not be back.

ZERO stars for the rudest, grumpiest, older man I have ever met. TERRIBLE & AWFUL customer service and MEAN. You won't encounter this man who is as slow as molasses. IF YOU GO IN AFTER 3PM~The girls are INCREDIBLE!! They are fast, efficient, helpful, and super pleasant! Great employees! For them and only them, I'm giving 5 stars to this establishment!

Review:
This place is great if you don’t have to deal with the older gentleman who works during the day. He is very rude and acts as though your business is an inconvenience to him if he has to help you. 1 star here.
That being said, the girls who work in the evening are pleasant and super helpful. I recommend going after 3 when they are on. 5 stars here

Great customer service and inexpensive packing supplies. Needed a box for a package and they cut it down to the perfect size for me with no extra charge!
