Handle With Care Packaging Store

As a business, we use this company as our go-to Packaging Store because they handle our clients' belongings with care and ship them as carefully. We haven't had a problem in the past five years or more.

Place was closed even though it was supposed to be open, but now reading the other reviews I think it was a blessing in disguise.

Zero stars (had to choose 1 star in order to post) Horrible service. Confusing, gave me the complete run around, wouldnt give me a straight answer on anything! I walked out utterly baffled. One of the oddest experiences I've ever had at a place of business. Went to UPS in Montecito shopping center...whew! Complete opposite experience. Very helpful, meet all my needs with ease.

Stay away. These guys are a problem. I brought in a FedEx box to be shipped and needed a piece of tape to close the box. The place is a mess. I am worried that the box won't make it.

They refused to tape the box at first. Bring your box tapped - next time go somewhere else they told me? I was shocked. One guy told me to leave because they are not a 'real' FedEx location and they do not allow people to use their tape.

Then his buddy came out and said they would ship it this time.

Wild.
