Hands On Moving

Very efficient and a great price!

Hands on Moving uses a web-based home inventory system that allows you to convienently share information about your move and request a quote. This eliminates having to schedule someone to visit your house to give you a quote for your move. I found this to be SO helpful especially when I was busy trying to organize all pieces of selling my house and organizing my move.

The one thing I would do differently is give myself more lead time to complete the inventory. I personally waited until 2 weeks before my move to schedule and since packing happens over time I didn't leave myself time to add to the inventory. Basically, the more accurate you can be on your inventory the smoother the move and the move accurate your quote will match your final sale.

That said, on the day of the move Jason Hand and his team were prompt, professional and so very helpful making our move as easy as possible. I would definitely use Hands On Moving again.

Hands On Moving did an excellent and professional job moving some furniture for us. The price was very reasonable and the crew very friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them again if need a moving company

Called a few times to discuss a move and was happy with discussions and game plan. Booked the move and texted information as asked. Did not receive a confirmation. Texted a couple days before the move....nothing. Called on moving day before before business hours and received after hours message ... left a voicemail. Called after the business opened and it transferred me as in the past ... left a voice message. Called again! No response to this day! If there was a mistake, issue, crisis... whatever, I would have expected a call back regardless of the reason! Critical move and time sensitive, scrambled to find a company to move me 2 days later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

As a follow-up to the response.... that is complete nonsense. In today's age of technology you would actually attempt to sell the notion that I was called, left messages and texted several times. I have no record of any of that whatsoever! Plus, I left my phone number after each message I left. When I called the day of the expected move. No one ever called me back, but you respond to this bad review quickly???
