I had a great experience with Hands on Moving. Not only was Arleen amazing to set up the move with, but movers Shawn and Jay were professional, quick, and extremely cautious. All of my belongings were still in great shape and set up exactly how they should have been. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in need of a moving service.

If it wasn’t for Hands on Moving I don’t know how this last move would’ve been possible. They were true professionals from the time the job was booked. I received a courtesy call from Arlene the day before to iron out all the details which was great. The movers were on time, professional, and made sure to protect all of our belongings throughout the move. After the job they even helped me set up my bed, dressed mirror, and dining room table. I would gladly recommend their services for any moving and storage needs.

Hands on Movers, New Haven Ct…They said they are going to refund my 900
Deposit with a cashiers check.? I became very Sick and had to cancel my move,, with four months notice..so now will await my cashiers check.. so far no check? Xavier the owner said they will refund my 900 with a cashiers check? A red flag should have gone up, as I never, ever have paid a decent moving company a deposit like this…Most only take the money, when all is delivered..
Should they truly send my 900.00deposit back, I will,change my review… It should not have taken this long, nor been such a hassle… This is a large sum of money to be held up…
If my check comes, I will edit this review…,,,,but as of now, I would not use them …The apt I was going to in my home state of CT, refunded everything, and were very gracious about it, and said they hope, I. get well soon.. a huge difference…
