Spoke with Marvin about the move and he called the next day with alot of excuses about why he can't move us and that I changed the hours from 4hrs down to 3hrs ..... just can't support all black business not professional at all I could have called some one else

Marcus was amazing! He cleaned up behind his self and was very nice. He worked as fast as he could by himself! I would definitely recommend!

We paid a flat rate which was recommended by the owner. Which he didn’t reveal to us that he was. When giving us the quote he referred to talking with his manager. He showed up alone and said he had help on the way that was working on another move.The help never came.He was not equipped to handle the unpacking of our pod for our two bedroom home. We had told him in detail what was on it prior. It took 6 hours. My husband and I started helping because it was dark and we where tired and wanted it to be done.He broke our dresser which he would not compensate us for. And at the end still sent us an invoice or the full price. He said his business is struggling because of Covid. But most businesses are!! Handle your customers like a professional or else you cut off your own foot!!

So 6 hours later, with a damaged dresser, and tired and hurting, which is what we were trying to avoid! I regret hiring this company or person. We could of had our friends move us like my husband wanted and had the money in our pocket.

Guess their business is booming!!! Turned down $150 for a 30 minute project. Only had a 5 pc dining room set already packaged and wrapped to move from storage facility to house. Door to door is 3 blocks away. Guy said 'people value their time' differently. Rather take a 2hr- minimum at $150 per HR than $150 for 30 minutes??? Hmmmm??? But ok.
