I had a piano moved by Eric, Adam and Ari. I was very happy with the reasonable rate, punctuality, and overall proffessionalism. This is a great, long time family owned business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Used this mover under their previous name (Designers' Choice Moving) 6 months ago and they broke one our mirrors. They took the mirror saying that they would have the glass replaced and return the repaired mirror to us. They have since done nothing to repair the mirror and started to screen any calls from my wife and I if we called to try and get the mirror back. Today Don decided to scream at my wife over the phone after she called on a friend's phone to try and get an answer on where the mirror is and get it back. Absolutely terrible customer service and completely ridiculous to scream at a customer over your mistake. I would definitely encourage anyone thinking of using these guys to look elsewhere.

Wow! We were so impressed with the scheduling to the actual moving of our belongings. Deiante and Adam were impressive in their own right; carefully loading/unloading the truck. They were punctual in delivery, had no issues handling heavier items…didn’t drop heavier items, and as polite as I’ve never seen two young men. You won’t be sorry if you choose this company!! This is my first ever Google review. I needed a piano moved and when I first contacted Eric I thought I’d get the run around and over charging expenses most moving places were giving me. But I didn’t! Eric was professional and communicated very well. He showed up with Ari and they both were very articulate, friendly, very respectful, helpful and professional! The price was amazing and in 2 days of contacting them I had my new piano in my home. Also my husband and I were very shocked how well they cared for the piano and our home. They wrapped the piano very well (I honestly didn’t expect that from anyone and figured whoever moved the piano would just throw it in a truck lol) and when they entered our home they were very cautious of the flooring. They will now on be our moving company for big or small moves.
