Happy Wheels Moving

The absolute WORST moving company I've ever seen. Brought the wrong sized truck, damaged furniture, held our furniture hostage in the truck for CASH and when we tried to take them to small claims court, their address is not correct - it's a Post Office Box so the Sheriff was unable to serve the summons to court! BEWARE of this company. They promised to reimburse us in full for a $1700.00 bed they broke, but lied about that too.They are a broker for Interstate Moving and Storage in Florida - be careful who you do business with.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I would give negative stars if I could. My husband and I did a cross country move from VA to CO with them. When we initially got our quote from the third party that hired them we were assured our stuff would be taken directly to CO. During the move they instead they took our stuff to a warehouse where they unpacked everything and then repacked it in a totally different truck. When they arrived in CO it was clear the they had just haphazardly thrown our stuff in the truck. It was like the load had not been tied down at all. They destroyed our $4,000 TV that we paid extra to have them “professionally” wrap. They nearly ripped off the leg of one of our dining room chairs, bent a lamp into a completely unusable shape, obliterated two shoe racks into piles of metal shard, bent one of our bikes, broke and dented several large frames, broke a wheel off our smoker, and smashed up many boxes. When the brand new boxes started coming off the truck smashed and busted up the movers had the audacity to sass me about how I should not have bought boxes from Home Depot. I literally had to stop them several times as they tried to stack 4-5 boxes on top of ones that was clearly already crushed. We hired a professional moving company because we thought it would be the stress free version of moving. Never in my life have I been proven more wrong.

Michael is a go getter. He unloaded our furniture all by himself working very hard. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
