Joe is a definite asset to the organization. And so happy each space uses a traditional lock and key system. Everywhere I looked was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Both Joe and Bridget take pride in their responsibilities. So glad a unit was available.

Joe was super professional and helpful, and I booked the unit right away with the assurance of all. I showed up to check in later than planned and was shortly before closing, and he and Jeff made it seem like no problem, streamlined the process and I was set up with codes and a tour in minutes.

The property and unit is clean, clear, excellent snow removal situation for this true NoMi winter. Felt like a breath of fresh air through a big life transition, and was at ease with Joe's fervor toward taking care of customers from the get go.
