The movers arrived early and on time and were courteous and friendly. We were assigned this company for a military move. Upon receiving our house hold goods we found that most of our stuff was thrown into boxes without being wrapped. Some of our lamp shades were dented in ( they were unwrapped) We had a few broken mugs as well. The screws for our furniture that were taken apart were crumpled in a ball of tape. Two of the beds that were in good condition one being under two years old had a missing part to the frame. The other bed had metal part of the frame that was folded in half. Our nightstand which is also under two years old was damaged as well with a corner missing a chunk. One of the head boards for a separate bed was also damaged and looked like someone had kicked it. Some of the damage could have potentially come from the actual moving truck company however if things were packed better we wouldn’t have as much damaged goods. This is the first military move where we have had such problems. I would not recommend this company.
