One of the owners is a friend of the family. I love that Man, however, I was quoted a price (what does a quote mean to you?) after the work was completed I was told it was going to be almost $500.00 more than what I quoted. The manager tried to say that we didn't tell him about the stuff in the attic, not only did we tell him, but we warned him how much was up there and they needed to start early. The workers would show up late in the morning and complain about being hot. They broke my furniture and thought that gluing it was just ok. Two of the three workers were extremely rude to my daughter and one tried to be rude to me, but right then his boss showed up and he changed his tune (Earl -- 'this is above my pay grade'). Like I said at the beginning of this review, I love the original owner of this company, but since he has mostly retired, I would not use this company to change a flat on a bicycle, let alone move anything of mine again. They do not stand behind their quotes and they are not careful with your furniture. The management is horrible and the secretary they have is very argumentative.

I used this company to move my dad from an apartment to an assisted living facility. It was a wonderful experience!! They were able to schedule us within 2 days of the move date. They arrive on time. They loaded all the furniture and boxes very fast! Everything was moved with great care. The two men working were very kind and sweet to my dad. They had him moved in and all the furniture put to place for us within 2 hours. They were very reasonably priced too! Couldn't be happier with our experience! I will definitely use this company again!
