Hart to Hart Moving Co

This company doesn't even deserve one star. If you value your possessions look elsewhere. Cannot express what a horrible experience this was.

My mom used this moving company. Damage to furniture. The 1 st house they dropped one of her antiques down the stairs causing good damage. The owner doesn't care and she finally got a receipt in the mail for the move. No dates and signatures on it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The worst company to deal with!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They WILL damage your belongings and home and never answer the phone to acknowledge the damage. They have horrible customer service and just don't care.
I never leave bad reviews but the experience was bad enough that others should be warned...

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company!!! Some clients of mine hired this company and this is what happened. Not only did they show up 2 hours late, but they damaged two houses (ruined hardwood floors at the furniture pickup location and destroyed textured walls at the drop-off location) during the move and STOLE VERY EXPENSIVE ITEMS while the two Hart to Hart workers were at the first location. To make it even worse, the owner of the company will not even address the situation. He won't even give a call back. Called everyday for a week since this occurred with no response at all. Even went by the location of business and the doors were locked with no answer to knocking. His secretary finally said to just call the police...basically the owner could careless. The secretary did not even seem surprised. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Can't warn you enough.
