Harveys moving company LLC

They just arrived in Atlanta. Mom is so happy and the guys are so nice they unloaded in one hour. Thank you guys!

Do not use this company! I paid the deposit and they never sent the receipt. They were a hour late the morning of the move and one of the guys could barely lift any furniture. They moved extremely slow and caused a lot of damage to door frame in the house and to the leather couch and daughters dresser. As seen in the pictures they left things in the middle of the yard and left daughter’s rug just hanging off the front porch. After confronting them about the damage they completely ghosted me and will not respond to any texts or calls. I’d choose another company.

My experience was, my garage floor was damaged and scratched from one side to the other side by something that was pushed, instead of being picked up to be moved. Had a hole knocked in the wall of the house I had sold and scratched other places on the walls as well. They also left a scratch on my night stand that is about 15 inches across the top, that goes with a very expensive master bedroom set I have, and ruined it, and apparently a box had to have been dropped, that had a stainless steel pot in it, that the handle was sticking out of the bottom of the box. I discovered the handle sticking out at the bottom of the box once I slid the box down my table to move it and saw the long scratch the handle of the stainless steel pot made in my dining room table, that I also had bought nine matching chairs to go with the set, not to mention that the very heavy mirror to my dresser was not bolted down and secured to my dresser and almost fell and hit me on my head!!! Communication was okay, that is until after I made my deposit and it came time to move. Manager hung up on me when I pointed out my mirror was not secured to my dresser and almost fell on my head. The crew worked hard, very hard, they were very polite and well mannered, but considering the damage that was done to my house, my furniture, and the mirror almost crashing on top of my head, and the manager not seeming to be concerned and actually we somehow suddenly got disconnected, I would not recommend them.

I had made a appointment with Black and White Moving Company 2 weeks ago. The day before my move we had talked with them several times to finalize plans, said they would get started at 9am the day of the move.... well they didn't show nor did they call, we called several times left messages... never returned a call. My husband did a Google search for movers, he found Harveys moving, called left a message they immediately called back told them about the issue. They said they would be on the way. They were at my house in 30 minutes. Got right to work. Had us moved in 3 hours!!!! A whole house!!!! I am so grateful to Mr Bobby. He was so sympathetic, he said not to worry he would take care of us and he did!!! If u want a reliable company this is the right choice!! If I ever need anything moved or know someone who does they will be the company I would call!! Thank you Mr Bobby!!!
