If you are looking for professional movers DO NOT use Haul All Enterprise, LLC in Flatwoods, Kentucky.

Adam, the owner, showed up with his wife and teenage son in a small UHaul truck. He had no moving blankets or wrapping tape (he used mine). He had no paperwork for me to sign.

He stretched a quoted, approximate 5 hour job into 10 hours (lasting until 10:30pm). He was paid by the hour in cash. I felt like he saw a single, elderly woman on a fixed income and took advantage.

He wasn’t able to finish the job and he was to return on Monday. He did not show up or return my phone calls or texts. I had to hire other
movers at the last minute to complete the move as I had a deadline to vacate my current residence.

After my experience, I researched his company upon which I discovered the current status of his business is listed as Inactive and in Bad Standing on the Kentucky Secretary of State website.

Save yourself a bad experience and look elsewhere for professional movers you can trust to show up, with the proper resources to get the job done, and in a timely manner.

These guys did a superb and timely job in moving me from Louisville back to my hometown! I have had previous horrible experience with big box moving companies, and I'll never look back after working with these guys! I had large and sensitive mid century furniture that made it safely in the move. If you are thinking of going with someone else, you are making a mistake!
