Haul of Fame Movers

I would give zero stars if I could. Yes, these guys made an effort but misled us in terms of the equipment they could bring and damaged our new fridge in several places. Most concerning is their complete lack of response when this was pointed out. Very poor communication and lack of skill and expertise. Buyer beware! 0/10.

Editing to respond - please do not trust these guys. Their response is emblematic of their service- full of lies. You have had over a week to respond and have chosen not to. The photos taken were before anyone other than you handled the fridge. We hired you to move the big fridge, and added the small one. I tipped you because effort was made. However, you left the wood and ladder and stuff you cobbled together from our yard all over the place and left the fridge damaged. These movers tried to haul up the fridge by lashing our own wood (from our garden) to our railing. They then asked to use our ladder and rolled over an old cable spool we had in our yard to stand on. They also didn’t bring enough movers and used our son as their fourth. I’m sure the fridge getting damaged is somehow his fault according to these guys. Rain etc can’t create dents the exact width of a strap in four places - and for you to lie and not respond to our private messages just shows how little you value your customers. We described the entire job to you and you told us you had a special way of doing it. You were hired for the big fridge, the little one was added that day - please get your “facts” straight. Thanks for the mansplaining about hoisting but totally not needed. You need to make this right- very poor customer service. We gave you the opportunity to respond privately but you haven’t bothered.

Was desperate for last minute moving services as the other company we booked fell through. I’m beyond satisfied and INCREDIBLY grateful for Haul of Fame movers. They were very responsive (called me and were at our home to help in less than an hour) and did an incredible job loading our furniture and boxes. They’re responsible, very polite, and gave lots of helpful tips on how to load the rest of the furniture we can’t move for a few days. Would book them again in a heartbeat! Best movers I’ve ever worked with.

My move was so smooth! They did an amazing job. Everything was timely and efficient. Very respectful and professional gentlemen who did their job well. I’d definitely use them again!

What an amazing team! I have never had a move go so smoothly. They did not hesitate once when I needed to change moving dates. They were communicative every step of the way. Each mover was helpful. They never said “that’s not going to fit” even in the tightest of situations. Entric was a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend Haul of Fame Movers to anyone!
