Haul Pros absolutely saved me.

I was in a very challenging situation with my apartment. Something in it was giving my son an I repeated bacterial infections and it was clear that something was very wrong with the air as soon as you walk in because of the way it smelled. Spending even an hour was difficult and anyone who was there would get headaches and nausea. I had doctor visits, inspections of the property, and air quality evaluations done because it was not clear cut what we had been breathing in. I received the final lab evaluation on December 30th and it was clear that I needed a mover ASAP to try to salvage my belongings. I really liked how professional the online information about Haul Pros appeared online. They exceeded my expectations. I contacted the company at 5:00 on December 30th to see if there was any possibility they could be available in less than 24 hours on New Years Eve. By the grace of God, Paulo not only responded quickly, but confirmed that he could have movers there and ready with a moving truck (a really nice one) at 10:00 am the next day, New Year's Eve and the rate would be the same.

The next day, I also had to check out of a hotel and was late getting to the property. I messaged Paulo and told him I would pay for the time, but he refused to let me and was very gracious and understanding. When I arrived Paulo and Miguel were very professional and they had excellent equipment. They quickly assessed the very difficult task - I had not been able to pack anything. They quickly and efficiently got to work and systematically packed everything neatly and safely. How hard they worked, the positive attitude they both had, and the hours they put in, even on a holiday, were extremely impressive. Not only that, but they were very easy to have around and we would all have great conversation while working which made the long day much easier. My 14 year old son really enjoyed talking to them about mutual interests in sports and video games as well. I learned later that one of them had a very young child taken to the hospital for a terrible flu only a few hours into the job.I didn't even know this until the end of the day because he was so professional and kept working very hard. I wanted to cry thinking of the sacrifices these two men made to help me and my son out of a difficult situation. They gave up their holiday, time with family, many hours, were willing to be exposed to the toxic environment, continued the job when most people wouldn’t have, all the while being incredibly sympathetic to the situation my son and I were in. Paulo and Miguel are amazing and selfless men.

I had to put my belongings in storage to assess any level of toxicity prior to moving to the new apartment. I have no idea how they made everything fit so perfectly. I never could have had the spatial reasoning, especially after 10+ hours of work, to accomplish half of it. All of my belongings are in perfect condition from the move, and my outlook on my situation was much more positive simply by having them around. I definitely made the right choice hiring Haul Pros.
