Hawai'i Self Storage - Kapolei

I have moved to the Hawaii Self Storage about 2 years ago right after the pandemic as my former storage was not being willing to accommodate my business needs as I was clasified as an essential worker. I moved with hesitation as it was a lot of work but once I met the team; Haunani Richardson- the site manager, Jayna and Tammy her support staff, I felt immediately relieved. They are by far the most customer service, genuinely interested in helping their customers and accommodating above and beyond. I have had numerous situation where I needed their help and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I feel that the facility is clean and safe which are two very important factors when choosing the storage. I would highly recommend this storage for various reasons but the staff- Haunani, Tammy and Jayna is where it starts! Petra
