Hawai'i Self Storage - Mililani

The mobile stairs are super fun. Big E, Phyllis and Kanoe was extremely helpful. It was an awesome experience.

On September 4th, my co-worker and I visited Hawaii Self Storage in Mililani to view their storage facility. As we entered the door, Kanoe welcomed us with a smile and offered her assistance. We let her know the unit size we were seeking, and she offered to give us a walk-through. We thanked her for her time and proceeded to visit two more places.

The next day, we returned to Hawaii Self Storage. Kanoe offered to show us an open unit. Right before she got up to show us the unit, something urgent arose, and she asked Phyllis to take over. However, Phyllis was busy. Elicia stepped up and let us view the 5 x 5 storage room. I was impressed at how quickly and smoothly Phyllis greeted us with a smile and offered to help. But the phone rang, and Phyllis was busy with a customer. Elicia volunteered to help out. After viewing the storage room, we returned to the office and explained our situation. Phyllis and Elicia provided a quote and instructions for the required information. We completed our objective after four text messages, three emails, and an MS Teams call over an hour. This team is one of the most adaptable teams I have experienced outside my office. It took six hours to get it all done. Our office is in California. I have never seen the quality of customer service that Kanoe, Phyllis, and Elicia provided that day. Their ability to handle unexpected situations is genuinely commendable. They handed us off to each other and never skipped a beat. Even as we took up most of their day, they handled us with great humor and listened closely to our needs. The team of Kanoe, Phyllis, and Elicia is solid, and if you are anywhere close to Mililani, seek them out for your storage needs. You will be satisfied.

I been with this storage for about a year now and I cannot say enough about this company. The storage is clean, bright and safe. My space is REALLY tall and the elevators can fit all my stuff. They have wagons that we can use even when the office is closed. The price is a little more than the other company's but the extra $5 makes up for the better service. The aunties in the office knew what space I needed just by me telling them what I have and they are so funny. Auntie E showed me 2 units and gave me how much its going to be. When I came back Auntie Phyllis did all my paperwork while Auntie Kanoe distracted my son so I could finish. They have people working at night so they always have someone we can talk to if we have a problem and someone is there to watch and make sure nobody making trouble. I cannot stress enough that Its CLEAN!!!!!!! If you looking for a storage in Tech Park, go see Hawaii Self Storage.
