Review:

Anela helped us find a 10' x 10' space and she was very friendly and helpful. She did not try to sell us anything bigger and was very knowledgeable about the space. Thank you!

11/20/23 - This a 2-part review. The 5 star rating is ONLY for the first part of the review -the staff. The second part of the reivew receives a failing grade - parking.

5 STARS - site manage Liz C. continues to be one of the most competent, friendly and supportive people i have ever encountered. She goes way beyond what must be written in the job description, to actively engage people and stives & succeeds to resolves difficulties and challenges. For her sincere concern and active outreach and support, she earns way beyond a 5 star rating.

The second part of the review is about PARKING! This rates 1 star, at the most. Arriving at the facility this afternoon we encountered a persistent challenge - parking. There were no open spaces - other than the coned off ones. I realize this is the result of the corporate decisions to maximize reliable contractual income. However, as long-time client/customer, it is exceedingly frustrating. Have to wonder how much sense it makes to continue to reserve spaces for vehicles that that have not moved in years and are rotting away, while live paying customers are not able to find a space to park.
