This is what happened to my washer during the move. A brand new Samsung Washer. They dropped the washer and a spring which holds the engine of the machine fell out. They came , installed it, didn’t mention anything to us. When we turned it on and started doing laundry, the whole house flooded because the machine’s engine fell down and dumped all the water. We had to use every bath towel in the house to soak up the water and went and bought more from Costco!!!

I managed to find a professional to fix it and he bough parts/fixed the machine. When I sent the invoice ($375), these guys refused to reimburse my repair fees and instead want to give me $90 because of the weight of the machine!!!!

Everything went great. Handle the items with care. Great on communicating. I recommend using them when you're moving.

Hawk did a great job helping us move to our new home! Jose, Anderson and Andrew were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process and were more than happy to help us getting things moved quickly and without damage. Would recommend and if we ever need help again, will definitely give them a call. Thanks for all of your help!
