I was supposed to have furniture delivered today 11.11.22. I've been waiting all day and received a text stating it would be delivered on Tuesday instead. So after taking a day off and waiting I find out that I need to take additional time off of my work. When I called about this I got hung up on the first time before I even got a hello out. The second time I was told to leave a voice message and someone would get back to me. The third time I got a very unempathetic response. I would not recommend this business if this is the way customers are treated.

They were delivering a mattress and taking away our old one. They put the mattress with the tags at the head of the bed. I politely asked if maybe it could be turned around. One guy argued with me, told me that said orientation would be “stupid”, and that they had done this many times and I was the only person to ever question it. Refused to do what I asked, and left. If the orientation they chose was correct, that would have been fine. I would have been fine with them explaining their thinking and leaving it there. But the way they spoke to me was incredibly rude. They also let their dolly fall into my flower beds and topple my flowers. Wholly unprofessional experience and would not recommend.

Hawkeye has amazing customer service and the delivery guys were timely, friendly and sufficient when delivering my IKEA order!! Thanks much!
